Master Purveyors supplies restaurants, steakhouses, hotels and institutions across New York City and the tri-state area. We still buy fresh hanging beef, hand-select every side, and cut and dry-age it in our own Hunts Point plant.
What we carry: USDA Prime and Choice beef (fresh and dry-aged), veal, lamb, pork, poultry, burger blends and specialty items.
Order by 10 PM, delivered the next day, Monday through Friday. Same-day second runs when a last-minute order comes up. No minimums for loyal partners.
Chefs and owners are always welcome to visit the plant and meet the family.
