Information we collect. When you text our delivery status line, we collect your phone number, the content of your messages, and your business account name in order to respond to your inquiry.

How we use it. We use this information solely to respond to your delivery status inquiries, coordinate with our delivery drivers, and maintain records of customer communications. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (such as our messaging platform provider, used only to deliver messages).

Opting out. You may opt out of the service at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or call our office at (718) 542-1000. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries.
